SleK 1M Complete Cosmetic Package
We are extremely excited to be able to offer this lip to the 1M community. It looks amazing in the photos and 10x better in person. If this is a foreshadowing of things to come from SleK, I think we are all in for a huge surprise. Now that they have finished the lip, they are moving on to the rear diffuser and side skirts.
The best part about all of this… everything is made in the USA! That means very short wait times and you are keeping it local, not to mention the quality is much better. For more ordering information, please see the following thread: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...8#post10204908 On to the pics: 1x1 Weave 2x2 Weave Fitted Last edited by HP Autosport; 08-27-2011 at 06:46 PM.. |

That ain't no splitter. That's a bat out of hell. OK, cool stuff.
Be sure it definitely does not "come off" at high velocity, or the 1M rear diffuser will have some carbon fiber parts for breakfast. Years ago, I managed to damage a carbon fiber splitter on a ridiculously high Belgian speed bump (low ground clearance - no BMW): CF splitter was well-screwed into the front bumper ...so unfortunately the encounter also ripped away a part of my front bumper - no mercy on the bumper-screw connection points. Embarrassing for me: I noticed too late the speed bump and braked too forcefully, so the brake-dive further lowered the ground clearance causing "the expensive sound". Learning it the hard way. Also be careful with pedestrians and with walls in parking lots: the splitter sticks out and there are limits to front bumper flexibility. |

Maybe I sound like an idiot, but what is the difference between the 1x1 weave and 2x2 weave. Seems they have a difference in appearance. Is that all or are there other variables?
