Absolutely have not been installed. Just some wear in the paint from shipping.

When they get installed, they actually compress, and the gap you see in the sides will be nearly gone.

They really get mashed when you install them.

I just received mine 2 days ago from ECS as well and looks the same as yours. Can't wait to get them on!

I don't think those have been used. If they had been installed, they wouldn't come out in such good condition. The finish on the rubber and metal areas seems fairly normal from what I can remember. The only thing that caught my attention is the blue paint and the sticky looking marks on top of one of them. My feeling is its not worth worrying about, but maybe others have some ideas..

The shop called me today and the bushings are getting installed. Very exciting! Can't wait to get it back. Now I'm just thinking, are they pretty self explanatory about which goes where? I know they are shaped differently, but would one know where to put them? Are they physically capable of being put in the wrong slot? I tend to worry a lot, don't I?

Suspension Upgrade

Howdy folks. I recently joined this forum and I dont know how to make my own post so bear with me. I have a question, I just recently upgraded my suspension on my 128i to M3/M1 suspension from FCP euro full front and rear control arms and wishbones from TRW. I haven't aligned the car just yet because my bushings in the rear are seized but every time i try to do a turn my car drits a lot and also i have to return my steering wheel to the original position, hopefully that will go away with the alignment. Has anyone had the same issue as me? Or is it normal now because of the stiffer suspension?

Start with an alignment and go from there. Having even just toe off can be a really strange driving experience. It's like the rear tires take turns trying to get in front of each other and the back just wanders around by itself.
