I've got a staggered set of OZ racing Alleggerita HLT T 5F's for my 2012 135i msport (stock suspension and camber)
front 8" +35mm
rear 9" +40mm

I'm having a hell of a time finding rubber. I'm looking at 235/40R18, 265/35R18 would that fit?
or should I look at going down to a 255/40R18 in the back?

I'd love to hear any suggestions.

Got any pics? I'm planning to get 245/40/18 tires also. My car is lowered also.

Stick with 225/40/18in front and go for 255/35/18 rear. This width suits the rims best and will have almost stock diameter.
9" +40 will probably rub with 265 (and probably 255) so another option is 245/35/18 but there´s alot fewer tire options in that dimension.

Stick with 225´s on an 8" rim. 245/40 will look weird and also a lot larger diameter than stock.

Front:
APEX ARC8 18x8.5 ET45 (standard 135i fitment)
255/35/18 RE71R
approx 2mm clearance to strut, and gobs of room on the outside (10mm+)

Rear:
APEX ARC8 18x9.5 ET58 (standard 135i fitment)
265/40/18 RE71R
5mm spacers to make it flush

Suspension:
Ohlins DFV/R&T Struts
Swift springs 6" front, 10" rear
(the shorter spring up front allows the spring perch to be raised high enough to clear the tire)
Vorshlag camber plates, 2.7 degrees camber front

No rubbing at all (tested on street, autocross, and high speed track driving)

Going to try 9" front wheels with 255 RT660. Will report back on spacers needed when completed

I've seen around that it's not recommended, but I'm gonna ask again.

I love the look of meaty sidewalls on track wheels/tires. Unfortunately a new set of 17" wheels and tires isn't in the budget. Is it possible to upsize to 215/45-50/18 and 245/40-45/18 on the factory 261/264 wheels without issue on stock 135i (Sport) suspension in order to get a taller sidewall?

The fact that the speedo would be off doesn't bother me, I'm only concerned about rubbing.

Hey guys! I'm about to take possession of this beauty here and I'm trying to come up with the wheel offsets as I'm looking to purchase some Volks for it and want the fitment to be very close to what I have here. Car is on BC coils.

I know the width and diameter and after looking into the offset the VMR 810's come in I figure they're:

F: 19x8.5 +35/45 235/40 conti DWS
R: 19x9.5 +40/58 275/30 conti DWS

I know the fenders are at least rolled but this setup seems quite a bit more aggressive than what most run here.

Do any of you have a guess on what the offsets are? Once I get it I'll probably remove and measure but would like to know sooner.

Here's my setup:

Wheels - BBS LM 17x9, offset 38ish (reverse mounted, so best guess)
Tires - Bridgestone Potenza RE71R 245/40/17
Suspension - 3DM based Ohlins R&T
Fenders rolled
Alignment - Front -3.8 camber, 0 toe Rear -1.8 camber, 0 toe
*rubs on fender to bumper bolt/tab in the front

Talking Style 95 Fitment for E82

This setup is not for the feint of heart, rubs like a mf

Wheels: OEM Style 95
Front: 19x9 +24
Spacer: none

Rear: 19x9 +24
Spacer: none

Tires:
Front 225/35/19
Rear 225/35/19

Suspension/Fender Mods/Camber:
- Slammed to the dirt on Fortune auto Coilovers
- Rolled fenders
- Trim fender liner
- -3 degrees camber all around
- Front camber plates
- rear Camber arms

Typically the wheels come in a set of 19x9 in the front and 19x10 in the rear. the trick is to buy two sets and use the fronts from each set so you have a 19x9 squared setup

Pics?
I didn't think there was a compatible factory LM fitment for the E8x.

Hey Few35t, just saw your post. For sure those offsets look like the lower offset version to me. If I hadn't been given an option I woulda guess et40fr, et 45rear but thought they looked even a tad more aggressive than that. That car is very similar to mine including front bumper and rear diffuser. But my car is already one of the few around on Volks (my mods are listed in my signature)

I’m looking to get Alzor 030. I’m currently on stock suspension but plan on lowering the car with eibach springs. I don’t want to buy coilovers, spacers, camber plates, or roll fenders. Can anyone confirm fitment? Or any recommendations? I’m going for a flush fitment more so than track setup, it’s a daily.

Babe got some new shoes today =)

BBS RS-GT, 2 piece fully forged, titanium hardware

18x8/9 +35/45
225/40 255/35 Firehawks

Need some more pictures, the fitment is pretty spot on though I may toss on a 3mm in front to make it just that much better.

I had no clue there was an 18" RSGT fitment, looks amazing.

I'm thinking of running 17x8 ET38 or ET40 with 235/35 square on 128i base, all stock. From reading here I should have no problem but I'd someone has that setup I'd be happy to see!

I run 17x8 +38 with 235/45/17 at stock height & camber.

No rubbing aside from freeway large transition/dips in the rear.
But with your 35 sidewall you should be ok.
