Will 18x8.5et40 with 235/40/18 cause rubbing?

I'm looking into new wheels & tires for my 128i, but I'm not sure if 235/40/18 on 18x8.5et40 will fit. I saw a few people who ran 225, but I don't want any stretch.

I'm also looking at 18x8et42 with 225/40/18. Would that fit at all?

I'm running 235's on 18x8.5 et45s, I needed a 5mm spacer up front to clear the struts, and have a 3mm spacer in the rear. 5mm in the back would rub under compression when the car was loaded with stuff. I also have ~ 2.0* of camber up front from the M3 control arms and Dinan camber plates, so keep that in mind as well.

My setup does not rub on the street or the track.
