Thank you for the post. I just bought one. I have a model of all the cars I have owned except for a 1977 Audi 100Ls. It was developed with Mercedes and they "declined" to put their name on it. The car was so bad that they never made a model of it.

It says in German... 64.90 euros for the 1M model PLUS another 48 euros for international DHL shipping.

That is not a bad price on the model, since the BMW Zentrum's sell the model for 60 euros. Shipping from Germany to any country is $$$(euros) over here in DE. Plus it takes forever to get to the states - probably atleast a month. Makes me really appreciate my APO of the US Mail over here.

The original search I made was on the eBay.de site but I eventually got redirected to UK site. However I used Google translate before making the purchase!

If I had to I could have called on the wife as she is a German to English translator!

I guess I have it good living in Germany and being freiendly with my BMW dealer.

No, It has not come here yet. Also I do not know if the VO will be the one to come here. Usually the Models here do not give a color choice. I've made it a par rice to have a model for every car I have owned and didn't want to take a chance of not being able to get one for this car.

Since I will be in Munich Germany from the 7th to 10th and from the 16th to the 18th I have contacted the seller to see if I can pickup the car, saving the shipping costs and time to the US.

The true price for the 1M miniature is 60 euros.Do not pay over than this price.

Concerning Minichamps, I do not think they are making this miniature.The maker is probably HotWorks.

When I queried the brand with the seller he sent a couple of pictures and to my eye it looks identical to all the others I have seen.

I contacted Simon Gruber directly. Christian Holzer emailed (ebay@simon-gruber.de) me back and we worked out payment (paypal) and shipping (DHL). The whole thing cost me 69 euros, model and shipping to the US.

Shoot him an email to find out if he has more, which I believe they do.
