Dash error lights

So I had recently installed a charge pipe on my n54, and took the car out for a spin. As I floored it, I heard a slight pop, and then a decrease in power. Was only hitting 1psi boost. Stopped later to check the charge pipe and sure enough, it had disconnected from the intercooler piping. Had to drive the rest of the way home sucking in dirty air, had it retightened, and power came back. The thing is, both my vent gauge and the dash, failed to show any errors or throw any codes. Any idea why that might be? Was expecting some sort of boost leak code at least.

I know my gauge does throw codes, because it threw dp codes soon after I had them installed. After clearing them, they haven't come back yet. Fingers crossed.

Anyone know why no dash light errors or vent gauge codes came on?

I also checked for codes with the Cobb AP - no error codes to be found.
