I'm hoping Cashmere Silver overtakes Crimson Red. I want Crimson Red to be the color least often seen on the roads. It's most certainly the best looking (by far) and fastest color of them all!
IMHO the non-metallic colors seem to be the best looking and save you money to boot!

Blue water metallic all the way
Okay, I put in a vote for CSM on my way to the dealer, (I'd had every intention of getting that color), got to the dealer and lo and behold, saw blue water metallic on another BMW and went for it. I guess you should take one vote off the CSM, but since there's no category for blue water, maybe you should revise the categories to include "other" for those handful of colors that seem to be the least popular.
The pics on this site for BWM don't do it justice...it's an absolutely gorgeous color in the sun, which works for me being in FL. :roundel: |

Congrats on the Blue Water Metallic. You'll have a very rare 1er! The polls only allow 10 entries, so I can't add an 'Other' without messing up some other color.

Woo! Just ordered my Sedona Red 128i! I was scared to order this color at first, but the more I looked at all of the different photos of all the different shades that can emanate from it the more the color intrigued me! I had to have it! Can't Wait!

I ordered SGM -- I didn't know that color was so popular until I read this thread. I knew white would be popular, but I also figured there would be a lot of red and silver. I very nearly went with Blue Water Metallic. It's a gorgeous color in person, and I think lighter colors really accentuate the lines on the 1er. When I finally decided on Coral Red leather, that tipped the scales in favor of SGM. zoom1, I'd love to see some pictues of your Blue Water 'vert when you get it!

It should be redone based on order only. What do you think?

Looks like the Launch color for the convertible (Cashmere Silver Metallic) is the least common.
This poll should be separated for the coupe versus convertible. Some colors look better in a convertible than a coupe (eg Cashmere Silver Metallic). And also some colors like Sedona red is not available for the Convertible. I had ordered a Black Sapphire Metallic on Terra but changed my mind to a Cashmere Silver Metallic with Taupe, after seeing the Cashmere Silver Metallic convertible at the New York Auto show. The light colors seem to accentuate the convertible better than the darker colors (IMO anyway). Patrick |

Titanium Silver vert just ordered with the moonlight black soft top.
I saw an AW 135i coupe with the M Appearance package at the 1 series driving event I was at over the weekend. That combo is nice especially with the M wheels and the gold Brembo calipers that stand out nicely. It has a carbon fibre lip spoiler on the trunk as well. |

I believe that when this poll was started (December 2007) Blue Water wasn't offered for the 1er.

Was hoping Montego wouldn't be as popular as it was but given the recent number of new Montegos, I'm not surprised. Like many of the colors, I don't think pictures do the Montego justice. AW was my second choice but having had white cars before, I wanted something different and I saw the Montego in person and knew that was it.
