Week 21 Support Group
For those in the same boat as I am, well not a physical boat, production status is 112 with no confirmed build date. Website still shows a wrong color choice.
Ordered the car on 5/1 and I'm in Cali. I just called the 800 number and spoke to a representative and he stated I'm Week 21 with a build date of 5/18, although it's not set in stone. My current lease on the Z4 ends 6/24, I hope it will be here by then. :drinking: |

3.0 6MT, love the car; although, I'm definitely looking forward to a rear seat to tilt my seat back!
What's funny is I've griped about the lack of storage in the Z, but there's less in the 1er |

Where did you hear this? If we're simply talking trunk space, the Z4 has 8.5 cubic ft of trunk space (top up) whereas the 135i has 13.0 cubic feet with the back seats up. Trust me, that extra 4.5 cubic feet will make all the difference (I used to own a Z4). Plus there's the back seat...

I was actually referring to storage compartment room. The z4 has a small glove box; pretty much only usable for insurance and registration when the man gets you.
But there's a fairly big center console if you didn't opt for the cd changer, which I did not. The 1er has the small glove but very small center console. |

I ordered on May Day as well and according to my CA the car should be a week 21 car. No update at all on the tracking page yet. The wait has only just begun and it's killing me already!
