I am the original owner (67yo non-smoker) and the car is in excellent condition. Always serviced by dealer or BMW indie shop, always garaged, never tracked or otherwise abused. Clean CARFAX, clear title, all records since new.

Modifications: M3 Rear subframe bushings installed at 85K miles. EDIT: I also upgraded the corona rings to LED and added a Sprint Booster v3 to reduce throttle lag.

Recent work within the last 6 months:
oil change
brake fluid change
new Koni Special Active shocks
new BMW muffler
new belt tensioner, idler pulley and belt

Brakes were all-new at 85K miles (BMW rotors and Akebono pads). Plugs, trans fluid, diff fluid and PS fluid changed at 63K miles.

Michelin Pilot Sport 3A/S mounted. 2nd set of BMW wheels with winter tires and donut spare/jack included.

FWIW, an older car with similar miles sold on Bring a Trailer for $19,000 two months ago. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2009-bmw-128-8/. I think that's above market.

New Tesla Model 3 is on the way, expected In March. I'm in Massachusetts and happy to answer any question.

Thanks for the heads up, I think i'm going to keep my search with an LCI 128i for now. I don't want to deal with the turbo issues unless its a n55 car.

Yes. The rear end is better controlled - less bounce, more planted.
