Oh I don't think I ever ran that high of rates with those. Probably maxed out at 550/800 range with those but I really don't remember as I didn't have them long.

Hey gangs,
Which rebound settings for ST XTA suspension did you find work the best as for the track\timeattack events?
Regards,
Max
P.S. my 135i is stock beside M3 LCA and M3 RSFB

No idea what settings would work for AutoX or track, but I think it would depend on your tire. You might be able to firm it up a bit with a stickier 200-treadware rated tire, no idea if these things would match well with a R comp. The front spring rate is 7k, no idea what the progressive rear spring would measure at.

I recently installed these on my daily which has your setup, M3 front arms and solid subframe bushings. I have a basic factory alignment right now and I think the dampers are at half stiffness all around. So far, I'm very impressed and happy with the ride for street. It's much harder to yeet the rear out and I'm noticing much more traction in the front, even with a 235-wide PS4S tire and 1 degree of front camber. Most of the crazy high speed bumps on the local freeways are now a non-issue, whereas before I've skirted death on the factory M sport setup. I also didn't need rear toe arms at about half ride height, so if I upgrade those it'll just to have ball bushings. I hear rear guide rods from the M3 can net you a little better feel as well.

Good luck!

For anyone looking to purchase the Swift rear springs as a replacement, get the 10 inch springs. I bought the 9 inch as per spxxx's recommendation but at full suspension droop, the spring and top adjustable perch fall right out. During my past track sessions with the original ST rear springs, others had noticed my inside rear wheel sometimes lifting up off the ground during tight corners. So this makes me really nervous running the shorter springs. I need to now get the 10 inch springs or replace the short-ish adjustable spring perch.
