Modified Rocker Panels?
Would it be possible to modify a set of rockers to accommodate a 1m front pumper/quarter panels? Anyone done this or seen it done?

I recall reading that somebody on 1addicts did a 1M front end swap, and used the rear half of his 135i sideskirts, and the front half of 1M sideskirts he bought and grafted them together to make it work properly. I believe a shop did it for him. I've seen the gap up close and i honestly wouldn't even bother with doing that. Just wait until you can finish off the rear fenders and bolt on the 1M sideskirts.

Cant wait when you mess your car up Time to call shots lol. From what I gather it costs around 7k for the parts and body work for a 1m conversion... Then I need exhaust and new rims... So probably 10-11k.
I dont expect to get more than 3k from insurance possibly 4k. I reallllllllllllly want a 1m front end so I guess my options are either a 1m 135i bumper and OEM. Or, a 1m front bumper, 1m fenders and splice the rockers together. last resort is a ER wide body (Its good just want a 1m front bumper.
