Power loss after mods...

Hi guys,

I have a 2008 135i Auto with the following mods: DCI, CP, DP, Precision Raceworks Ignition System, NGK 95770 spark plugs, 7”FMIC, JB4 (map6)+MHD.

After watching a Jake Spence video, I downloaded a dyno app that collects data from JB4 and after a couple settings, output a chart similar to a dyno run with whp and torque. I set it up exactly like Jake did and even after all the mods, the app is giving me 366whp and 408lb/ft of torque on a 3rd gear pull.

Is this result correct? In my opinion it seems low. I was expecting something like 450whp....

Any comment is much appreciated!

Cheers!

Without a baseline number before mods, that number is useless for comparison.

Standalone dyno numbers (and virtual ones at that) are no absolute comparisons. That's not how it works.
