The rear wheel carriers I used for my conversion came out of a 2008 135i.

I'm not sure what you mean by "not flat", but it doesn't sound good.

Weird that they have the same part number and weird that you're having problems.

this is what they told me after contacting spareto: (The picture on our product page is generic picture saying "Actual product may vary...etc." Actual picture is in cluded product specification with slotted surface as it is supposed to be.)
my only and last guess is that my after market knuckle is busted and something is off , i decied to do this conversion after an accident on that side and i ended using an aftermarket knuckle and since i was there why not do the conversion , im gona attempt this weekend the other side and see how it goes , everthing on the otherside still oem

I'm looking at their catalog and I guess Zimmermann is no longer selling the "plain" version. The used to have a different part number for the dimpled and slotted version and the "plain" version was150.3477.20. Now they use 150.3477.20 for the dimpled and slotted and 150.3477.52 for the drilled.

Has anyone played around with what rotor would work to adapt the F8x rear calipers to the narrow hub spacing?

M5 rotor hat is kinda close. But not exact.

Scratching my head a bit.

Which bracket are you using to space out the rear caliper? If it is the SLG one, I don't believe there is a rotor that fits without swapping knuckles. If you're using kern417's brackets, you might try these: 34212284811 (Left), 34212284812 (Right).

I did find this rotor with 69mm height, but that might be too much: 34216775291

Great reference. Have you done this with Kern417s brackets? Does he/she sell on the forum or is there a site?

I haven't purchased his bracket yet (I've emailed him requesting information). They were mentioned on the F22 forum, and I found their YouTube video discussing the brackets and rear setup.

I don't have the F8x brakes yet. I have F2x M235i/240i brakes, and I'm trying to decide if I want to switch over to F8x or not (dependent on if I can find a cheap 1m front conversion to fit 18x10.5 wheels).

Excellent I'll look into it!

10.5 is a lot of wheel. I run 9.5 front on my clone. It's plenty.

Nice. I have a lead on some BMW OEM M2 CS RACING wheels which are 18x10.5, those would be the only ones that I would want. If I can't find a cheap 1m conversion then I'll get some 17x9 APEX wheels instead.

Best of luck in finding rotors and if you do find some that work, please let me know
