135i 2013 m-sport Valve gasket leak

Last week i bought with my dad my second car on a car auction being a nice 135i m sport convertible that has been vandalized. Buying a car off a car auction(this one being 5900) i knew it was going to need repairs. When we first visited the car, it started easily but after 5 minutes of idling smoke would come out off the passenger side of the engine smelling burnt rubber and limp mode being activated with a rough idle. Misfire was also heard. I suspected it being a leaking valve cover gasket and after taking it off in 2 hours the part over the cat converter was leaking oil. Altough when i inspected the gasket and the valve cover closer ive seen no cracks but a small dent shown in one of the pics. The car also shifts alone into park when trying to climb uphill. Is my head gasket blown? Could it be the o-ring of the turbo ?

Thanks !
