2009 128i convertible help

Hello. I just bought a 2009 128i convertible and I am new to the BMW world. Lol. Any advice for taking care of my interior? Boston Taupe leather. Also, I bought it know that back window glass was separating. I found a place that will glue it back, but many people say its better to replace the entire top. Thoughts? Lastly, should I upgrade my radio. It is just the professional model, no screen etc. Thanks for all the advice!

Had my window refilled by a professional - lasted a little over a year. Got another year by playing with my own solutions. Finally gave up and went with new top. Excluding window, old top was in excellent shape.

Thanks. My top looks great as well…except for the window. Maybe I will just get it replaced. I am not the DIY kind of gal. Lol

Welcome.

I just repaired my convertible line yard window last week. Had about a 4” opening on the right side. A member here recommended me what materials to use and repaired myself. See for yourself ☝️☺️

As for your stereo, the profesional one in my E90 is very good. No need to upgrade. Not sure on your 128? My E90 even has subwoofers under the seats. 👌😉

Wow it does look bad. Well, if you say the roof is still in good condition try too look for somone to fit it for you in your area. A member here, his roof was also kind of bad and he was able to fix it.

Hows the rest of the car? Did yiu get a good deal I hope 😂. Post more pics. I also refreshed my interior with some product I bought online. Came out great.
