So i bought a 2009 Lotus exige s240 w/ the blade 300 kit installed

. 2900 miles. Still keeping the 1M. Selling the S2K.

The steering feel and handling on this car is nuts. I was shocked when i drove this car. I wasn't even shopping for an exige. I was going to get a f30 335i to replace the gti but i was at Autosport Designs and they told me to take it out for a test drive.

The car was insane. The first 2nd gear pull and turn sold me on the car. I bought the car immediately. I take delivery on monday

Wow lotus... Nice car, superb handling too. Had s2k before i bet this one are better considering got more power than previous lotus and loghter than s2k. I wonder which one is faster 1M or lotus? Hmmmmm

Love, love, love the Exige, but it takes me 1/2hr to get in and out of.

I think the 1M is still faster in the 1/4 mile and definitely top end. The Lotus is faster 0-60. It does 0-60 in 4 seconds stock. Stock whp is about 215. People with the blade 300 kit are putting down 260+ whp. This car dynoed at 264 whp.
So i think it would around a 3.7-3.8 0-60.

i have an Exige S with a Gotham tune. there's no other car on the market, except probably those dedicated trackcars, that would give you the same feedback and agility. as fast as it accelerates, there's absolutely no top end. i barely get to use mine but i can't seem to part with it. the few times i drive it, especially on the track, it simply puts a big smile on my face. congrats and enjoy =)

Me too. Im 5'10 230 lbs. This thing is going to force me to lose weight.

If any 1M owners are near NY come for a drive! ill happily let any 1M owners take it for a quick spin

what about a 135i owner

Congrats man, I love it! When I got rid of my ap1 s2k this is one of the cars I considered. I too test drove one (without the kit) and even so the handling blew my mind away. I may have one of these as a track toy in the future

...wish I lived closer, I'd definitely take you up on that spin!!!
