Removing radio and air con control panels

Hi everybody!

Has anyone any experience at removing the centre trim panels on a 120i coupe?

An annoying rattle has started behind these panels, I have absolutely no idea what it is but am prepared to pull the panels out an have a look to see if something has come adrift. Not sure how you get these panels out though, so would appreciate any advice or guidance if anyone knows how to do it or has experience of removing them!

These are the dashboard panels I'm on about!

It unclips from the bottom and work your way around the edges, radio is held in by a few screws.
