Great looking 135i's 135iam, potxoli and mccandless, thank you for sharing. potxoli we hope that you are able to pinpoint what is causing the rub based off of our suggestions via PM.

No love for the AERO-7 on 1ers. I may have to change that.

So I tracked down the issue. It is rubbing a very small bit against a plastic triangle that connects the bumper to the fender. About 1-2mm of plastic has been taken out already. This might be a function of the 235/40-18 Sumitomo HTR ZIII having a sidewall that is more square than PSS perhaps? It also seems to only happen on the right side which could either be me hitting potholes only on the right or that my right side is a few millimeters different the the left in alignment. I will have the car re-aligned when I'm back at the dealer just in case

Anyhow, 30 seconds with a dremmel should take care of the problem in the short term.

Beautiful car! Just wondering where u got the hood from

Glad to hear that you were able to find out the underlying cause of the rubbing. Sumitomos shouldn't run wider than a PSS, but perhaps they changed their tire from what we have experienced.

No problems. Thanks for making great wheels. A lot of room leftover for 275s in the rears with no additional work but I think with 235 in the front I would rub the struts without a 5mm spacer if I stay at -1.8 camber.

What kind of tires are you using? We have not had a problem with 235s up front even with OEM suspension. The rears, however, do touch the subframe with a 275 with the ARC-8's up on the lift.

Nice! Red calipers would set it off with the black wheels.

Hoping to pick up the AERO-7s this summer for the second half of the track season. Can't decide between hyper silver (OEM look) or hyper black on my Deep Sea Blue though...

Thanks for sharing BLU135i! What happened with the shops, were they refusing to install the wheels?

As of now, we do not have an exact ETA, but we are expecting them to restock a little later this year.

We have definitely had quite a few tire shops call us to tell us that the wheels won't fit. BMW mechanic and tuner shops have been good at installing the wheels without second-guessing the fitment though. Glad you were able to sort that out.
