Seen other 1ers on the road while driving yours?

I have not, but I was curious if you 1addicts have. I've been waiting to see some though. I have seen a few new M3s though.

Let's put a caveat in there that car meets are ruled out for this poll.

Not while driving mine, but so far have seen a Crimson 128i and 135i and an AW 135i driving around the Orlando area...

I saw one but is windows were so tinted and mine were so tinted that I dont think we could see eachother.

It was black on black with black tint near Crevier

I had a bit of a BMW convoy (a number of 3s & 5s plus a 760i) on my 128i Cabrio's tail checking me out on Saturday while heading into Toronto.

Most tried to be subtle and pulled up behind me for a minute or so before blowing by me.

:w00t:Nope, have not seen another on the road yet. Have had a couple of folks get ready to drive by, slow down, then edge back for a better look- then finish with a big grin at me and a thumbs up!

I saw one ONE driving in the opposite direction (black 135) on a 2 lane country road. We passed each other quickly. I have no idea if he saw me or not. I think he had dealer tags (viewing from my rear view) so I assumed it was a test drive. That was on March 28th.

I haven't seen a single 1-er in the wild yet. In a few days I'll have mine so I guess I'll be somewhat exclusive for a little while.

When test-driving the 135i I got plenty of looks from curious porsche and bmw drivers though!

The only 1 series I've seen is at the dealer. Haven't seen any driving around yet.

Where are all my fellow oners? So far I have not seen any one else w/ the car in my area (SF Bay Area). Just curious if you experience the same thing (what region) ? There should be 1500 1's that got sold in March, so on average 30 per state...I see many 3-series, just not the one

I don't see many BMWs period in my area. Probably because the median household income is like $55K/year.

It'll be nice to have a rare car again. When I bought my first PT cruiser it was back in 2002 when they were new and hard to find, so I got a lot of looks and comments. Now they're so common that I've actually been in convoys of like 5 or 6 on the hwy.

Im in the Bay Area too and I've yet to see one. I even live right by Peter Pan and have yet to even see one out on a test drive.
