Where's best place to sell the car? Southern California

It's convertible Auto128i 2010 with 130,000miles. I know nothing special with that mileage. But all parts are original and the work done by me or BMW. I have all records and can't get over the idea of just giving it away for low price.

Just do the typical craigslist, autotrader, car guru et al. I wouldn't go with BAT except for rare or special cars that do historically well there (some don't like smg e46 m3s).

I agree. BAT also doesn't take all cars. I doubt your car would make their cut. I have seen them turn down cars that are a little rarer than yours but if they did accept it, people pay crazy money on there.

Right, but that's a far cry from a 130K 128i with auto trans. I sold my MINI Cooper S that was sensibly modded on BaT and indeed got good money for it.

Garage List
1992 Honda Beat  [9.50]
2008 BMW 128i  [10.00]
2014 BMW 528i  [10.00]
Do you want a quick easy sale, or do you want the most cash?

Quick and easy, hop around between dealers and see who gives you the most.

Cash? List high on FB marketplace and let people talk you down a little. **needs a lot of patience.

These cars are depreciating FAST.

BaT will not accept your car. They declined my clean 6MT M Sport 128i with 60k miles on it.

Craiglist, forums, Facebook are the go-to's. I listed on autotrader and received nothing but garbage calls and texts.

I'd say $5K or less. It's time for you to buy a new car to help the economy!
