2008 BMW 135i  [0.00]
Put in 2 step colder plugs couple days ago to go with the coils I did last week. Aside from a little popping during cold starts in 30 degree weather it's all running smooth.

I'm 2008 and my plan was to start buying fuel injectors 1 at a time, everytime I ordered something from fcp euro. Im not having any issues but it's really the only thing left I have not done to this car. I'd love to get a free set installed from bmw recall.

I need to crack my old halogen light open and figure out how to add halos. I love the look of the halogen lights, but I wish I had halos.

Looks like a fun project!

If you do this please do an even very basic write up! I’d be curious!

It'll be a fun project indeed! I'll be having Accorsi Engineering do the work, since they're highly regarded as one of the best installers from BavGruppe.

Some added halos would definitely update the front end of the car nicely! Could do a bunch of other things at the same time as well. 😄

I cursed my beauty. A coolant leak has reared it's ugly head. She is going to my mechanic on tuesday for some TLC, he can deal with it. Until then she can stay locked in the garage and think about what she has done.

I was feeling ambitious this weekend and it was a long day. Did the mishimoto stud conversion, updated shifter and shifter boot to alcantara, and replaced my valve cover. Check out the crack! Also thoroughly cleaned each wheel when adding the studs. Took close to 10 hours I think for everything with many breaks.
Why do some pictures rotate after uploading? And my cat kept watching me work lol. I’m not sure how I feel about the wheels studs actually. It’s a nice change and I’m glad I went with black as opposed to the other colors. i was even wanting to install my downpipes but I was over it. I was planning on putting together my US General tool cart but it arrived beat to hell and will be returning it. Lot of damage done during shipping.

I love seeing these engines with the rocker cover removed. Like the up-turned exhaust tips on a Pantera or Countach, or chrome trumpets on anything, it is a very beautiful sight.

Added the iDrive cup holder retrofit today. Had to carve out WAY more material than I expected but it came out perfect!

Got something special from Redline goods on the way.

Almost attempted a burnout at the Auto Society's open house, but I like my car not being broken, and I don't trust it that much right now

Replaced CHMSL today. Third brake light. Had to trim the ridge on the part. installed fine.

Also installed Bilstein Sport replacement (Black) for OEM shocks. Still need to put the interior trunk panels...and then go drive it.

Put dinan rear shock mounts on as well. Lots less foam than OEM mounts. Will be interesting to see what the difference is.

Both my OEM shocks were blown and leaking.

Easy swap.

I remember in my old e39, it didn't even really have cupholders. it had cup locations that basically did nothing. all the design that went into a basically non functional cup device. haha. typical old school BMW. but ever since that car I almost never use my cup holder for what it is meant for. i think in e82s the cup holder is really just the key holder.
