Misfire/power loss diag, Pls help

Hello everyone, i have been chasing a misfire for a couple of weeks now and really need some help.

My car:
2009
Bmw
135i
136k miles
91/93 octane

Mods :
Catch can
Catless downpipe
MHD stage 1+ tune
Cobb charge pipe

What have i tried:
New plugs
New coils
New injectors 1,2,3 (4,5,6 are index 7 i assume stock not quite sure as i got the car a 1k ago)

Story time:
Flashed my car with mhd, car pulled really hard, and felt fantastic. Blew my charge pipe so i upgraded, had about 2 days of super solid pulls and then started misfiring 1,2,3,4 and 5. Replaced the plugs and coils then misfire 1,2 and 3 returned so i walnut blasted my valves (very very dirty) but didn't fix it so i bought new injectors for bank 1 and idle had improved a lot but now i get a misfire and no power high rpm (4k+) tried swapping the coils and plugs around nothing changed so I bought new seals for my injectors and tried moving 2 and 3, still misfiring #3 WTF. I got some logs and most things seem to check out from what i can tell but i am not sure, as i am not very experienced with reading these logs. Under load i can feel it misfiring a tiny bit if i rev it out. I am now getting semi long cranks in the cold so maybe HFPF but i want to be sure before i drop $500+ getting a new one, sometimes feels like its misfiring a tiny bit at really low speeds (under 5 mph), and idle. I have not done a compression test as i am a little scared and a little lazy. Any input/ideas would be very appreciated
