Bimmerlab Tunes - what is each one for?

Good Day all....need some help with the files i have as bimmerlabs is down.

so i know the RSA DELETE is to delete the stock file and allow you to load the 130i/bimmerlabs file.

But what is each of these for?
MSV80_125i_to_130i_EU_PowClass00 - currently loaded to car

MSV80_125i_to_130i_EU_PowClass00_1CB - is for what?

i've been told the second one is for cars with out cats? is this true?

Hassmachine will have Bimmerlabs back up and running shortly.

Is this true? I'm part of the n51 gang that has emailed him many times but haven't heard from him. I know he has no obligation to help as all of this is unpaid work. I'm just hoping he does someday release a tune for us SULEV folks.
