Coilovers system question

Hello you guys so I just bought the megan coilovers the euro 2 or what ever they are called lol

Any way my question is I've notice that in a lot of coilovers systems they come with 2 extra rings or spacers idk exactly what they are can anyone tell me what exactly these are for and where they go.

Seems like they are spacers for the rear of you want a higher height I guess .?

Just want to confirm if I'm doing something wrong and didn't install them correctly :

It looks like a rear lower spring pad, so the coilover spring will be properly located on the lower camber arm and not move around.

Any one has any idea where these rings go

Do they go on the control arm instead of the oem ruber ons

BC racing has the exact same thing
