They have good prices and ship right to your door but they have horrible customer service. I cancelled an order with them. Called them less than 5 mins after placing the order and they told me everything was cancelled, nothing would be shipped and I will not be charged. 2 weeks later I am charged for the wheels and get a notification that they are being shipped. I called them and asked whats going on and they said sorry. I told them to contact Fedex and get the tires sent back to them and give me a refund. They told me ok and would refund right away.
Its been 2 weeks since they accidently charged me and I still have not received a refund. They told me last week that I would get it. I called today and they said check again next week. I am down $350 and now it is my job to follow up with them weekly until I get my money back. WTF

I tried to file a claim for a charge back but my CC company told me that if they stated that they were going to give me a refund, then they cannot file a claim. Im so frustrated. Over 10 calls and a month later and no refund. Beware of this website!

Maybe you should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well... Wouldn't hurt.
