I took off the 5mm spacers from the rear and put in 12mm ones.
I've tried 15mm spacers earlier but they rubbed badly.

Perfect fitment with no rubbing. I'll put the 5mm spacers up front tomorrow.

Great looking work; you do have talent ESPECIALLY doing this in such cold weather.
Diesel-fill up only twice a month?
Winter tires-Altimax?

Appreciate it! I usually have to fill up once per month as I don't do that many miles. Over 50 MPG / 5.5L/100km is doable (with civilized driving).
That would mean 600 miles / 1000 km per tank.

The tires are Goodyear ULTRAGRIP ICE 2's.

They are 18" Zito 935's with:

-8.5" Et40 fronts

-9.5" Et45 rears

These will have to wait in storage for some time till the roads are ice-free.

I haven't done much to the car the past few months apart from regular servicing. I finally got my tail-lights leak free by replacing the seals and replaced the cracked third brake light I had.

I don't know what's going on at Michelin but they seem to have had quite a lot of shortages lately and my 245/35/18 rears took a month to arrive. Not a big problem for me as we had snow until two days ago.

While swapping the wheels I noticed that a suspension refresh is desperately needed .

I've already got a set of Whiteline rear subframe bushing inserts waiting to be installed and next up will be new dampers and springs...
