Drove up to Melbourne, FL to get some lunch at the Mansion Restaurant. Great food & view from the rooftop bar.

I looked at the car in the garage and made sure the Deltran battery maintainer green light was on. Stays this way till early March. It's -10ºF here now.

Well, gonna end up with one eventually....

We have an awesome 6 acres now with a crappy house- 1800 sq ft of 1970's shit. Not old enough to be well built, not new enough that current codes require decent build. Freaking awesome lot tho, 6 acres with another 2 million acres of national forest thrown in for free. High and dry, no need for flood insurance. So, we're probably going to build the house we want to live in for, well...., ever. Or we're going to buy a decent place up in tallahassee and rent out our current place . Or we'll take over my mom's house when she checks out, and rent out our current place. The Wife and I are currently debating which has the long term best benefit for us retirement wise.... (I'm 53, so closing in...)

Any of those choices includes an awesome garage. Until then, free range is the best thing ever!

A BMW 550i tried to take me on today. Don't normally race but couldn't resist. With my little Dinan tune and a 1/4 mile or more of street, all he (or she) could see was my sexy rear end. After embarrassing that driver, they made a quick right turn and were gone.

They started it... lol

After 6 months of waiting for my Bilstein B8 shocks and struts, I just finished installing them. Time to go test drive

I also put in some Morimoto XB bulbs.

Haha, I have my moments!

So far so good with the new suspension. The car feels more solid and planted and inspires a higher level of confidence in my driving, which translates to more fun. Much better than the PS struts and shocks. A definite improvement that I'm told will get better over time.
