2006 Honda 1000RR (Track only)
2007 Suzuki 10000 GSX-R (Track only)

Looking at getting a BMW S1000RR at some point in the spring after my knee surgery.

The GSX-R was the best damn bike I ever owned (for the money).

Got caught by a photographer on 181 in NC, before I converted the 1000RR to track:

Why do you have 2 GS's?
Only one GS.

The R 1200 S is a sport bike with a higher output version of the boxer motor. A little like the 1M in that they didn't make very many. I LOVE this bike! It's the one I will never sell. A classic.

No biggie. I admin / mod other car forums and we are sticklers for stuff going in the right place. Wheel questions for 1M's would go in the wheels section, pics of 1M's would go in the pics / vid section, any motorcycle discussion goes in O/T or lounge depending on if you want to get flamed. Etc. I tend to hit the "New Posts" button and just seems like everything goes under the 1M section these days (Steve Jobs dead was a thread here).

In the end it's not really important. So - off my soapbox.

Haha....some don't realize there's more to this forum than a 1M section. It's actually pathetic, as there are similarities with the 128/135 (ie. detailing, audio, ship tracking).

i see your point, and i don't disagree with you really. this happened when i was a member of the honda-tech forum. i had a type-r and the type-r owners did this exact thing...now they're talking about their favorite beers, colors etc. to that though, i'll say...it's a close knit group of folks and VERY technical. the forum has morphed into THE forum to go to anything honda related (the type-r folks could fix anything). in fact...i still to this day...consider myself a we-todd-did member for life! we-todd-did...say it slow...you'll catch on.

Yeah but it fits in between my other vehicle a 79 Series Landcruiser Ute (read Pickup) which is even slower
