P0365 and no start condition

I have an 11 128i that a bought at auction and I'm trying to get it operational. It's the only code that pops up after clearing and trying to start again. I tested both the intake and exhaust cam sensors, tried swapping them. Tested continuity of the exhaust sensor signal wire to the computer and it's fine. Fuel pressure seems good, don't have a tester but it sprays from the Schrader. Replaced all of the coil packs with Bosch units.
Any ideas?
