VWs now have 6-year/72,000-mile bumper to bumper warranty

VW just increased their bumper to bumper warranty on all their new cars to 6 years/72,000 miles. When is BMW is going to wake up and realize that reducing their warranty and maintenance isn't going to cut it anymore?
