$34800 good price on base 135i??

I am a currently coming to the end of my 335xi lease. Looking to step into. 135i. Got a price on a base no options only manual transmision. The dealer gave me a price of 34,800. Is that good? Also what are the MF for this month?

Assuming that includes fees, etc., I think it's a pretty good price for any 135i. MF is .00220 for 24&36 mo leases; .00260 for 48&60mo (coupe)

If it truly is bare bones, invoice = 33,805. Assume MACO & Training = about 400.
So total invoice = 34,200.
If that was his first offer, see what else he is including with that - floormats, etc... Then tell him at 34,500 and he has a deal.

The guys states paying the fees upfront? It was his first offer. Doing it online for the first time. Rather than wasting my time at the dealership.
