BME E82 No power to fan

Hi guys. Having some issues with the fan on my e82. Tested wires to the fan and only getting a reading from the signal cable. All related fuses checked but no power going to the fan. Any advice?

Did you check the relay in the control box under the hood?

Relay changed today and still no joy. Any other suggestions?

Connect power directly to the fan to test if it is still ok.
The electronics board on the fan does tend to corrode inside where the cable does go into the housing.
