E82–>E82 Interior swap

I own a 2010 135i with the black Dakota leather and my brother is thinking about purchasing a newer 135i, 2011-2013. There are a few on the market right now and the one’s he’s found to like unfortunately have the red interior which does not appeal to him. Is it as easy as swap/plug and play with the two interiors or is there some coding/wiring that needs to happen?

The swap would include everything, door cards, front seats, back seats, etc.

It is as easy as that. I swapped out the black sensatec for red leather on my 2013 with no issues - no coding or wiring.
