Comfort access not working

Long story see other post on damage to my 4 day old 128. Picked it up today from body shop after 3 weeks. Now the comfort access is not working. The dealer is keeping car to have service look over it. The two techs that were left(after 6) had not seen this happen. They are not sure what to do. They are starting with a battery change and reprogram of the key. If that doesn't work they are lost. Neither one knows of a way to go into programming and turn on or off or reset.
I am so pissed now.
Anyone heard of this with a solution please chime in. I just want my new car back.

Update -- fuse for comfort access. It is only thing on it. That is fixed.
