Currently 3 listed as forum members on page 1. Someone had previously listed the numbers per state but i can't remember which thread.

Hey Toby, our cars must've been buddies on the long trip from the factory! I've been following that ship for weeks now. Only a few more days till it arrives in Melbourne I complained to my salesman about it taking so long and he also told me he'd put it in priority, although he probably said that to shut me up.

I think it may be easier to track the ship the car's on through marinetraffic.com

Yeah I went mad tracking the Cosco Tengfei, it sat off fremantle for about 3 days before they made room for it in the port, its so frustrating. I reckon there were a few 1M's on that boat, AutoClassic delivered three this month and there was a VO getting delivered on wednesday evening the same time as my car. It was worth the wait, you'l love it.

Thanks, thats great to know you got the first service for free, do you recall anyone in particular that i should speak to when i take it in? I asked my sales assistant during delivery and he told me i should take it up with the service department.

I based my argument on the fact that the onboard diagnostics highlighted that the car needed to be serviced before I'd even taken it out of the showroom...plus the fact that those owners who were on the first allocation, which I was and many of those who contribute on the 1addicts forum got it carried out free gratis .

Since there has been a significant increase in 1M's delivered, the dealers will be reluctant to lose out on $$$ carrying out multiple running in services.

My car finally made it up to Sydney, I had to drop in to Trivett's to see for myself while it was being detailed yesterday. It took a while for it sink in that the car was finally here, and it looks stunning in AW. Hoping to take delivery this Wed or Thu.

I noticed my brake calipers were painted all black...is that normal for all 1Ms?

Number of delivered 1Ms in Australia has reached 252 as of 15th of July.

If production ends at Leipzig this month --which seems to be the rumour-- then the total might still break the 300 barrier.

In fact, if BMW keep bringing in cars at the June rate (over 30 1Ms!) then we might even reach 400. Amazing when you compare it to the US and UK numbers!

I hardly ever see 1Ms, if I do they are usually ones spotted before.

WBSUR920 indicates 1Ms. Will be interesting to see how many went into each port . They also include the press cars - I wonder how many there were. Put it this way, BMW make a lot more $ for their cars here at the moment with the exchange rate.

350 is coming or already delivered to Aus/Nz. 40 delivered/discharged to Auckland, 96 to Port Kembla, 93 to Melbourne, 19 to Fremantle, 48 to Brisbane. Last two loaded on vessels on 14/7/2012 are heading to Auckland.

I was told no more orders being taken in Aus, and so 270 is the final number.
