E9X M3 front control arms
Retrimmed steering wheel (leather/alcantara with M stiching) - original part comes with the car, but is worn.
ZHP shift knob (alcantara boot) - original part comes with car, but is worn
Black 135i badge in rear
Black kidney grilles

Condition:

Exterior is in average condition for its age and mileage
- Numerous paint chips and scratches, front and rear bumpers have the most wear
- Most of the wheels have some curb damage and paint chipping

Interior is in average condition for its age and mileage
- Some marks on interior plastic trim from usage
- One small tear on one seat bolster, seats otherwise in good conditon
- Interior top lining is loose in back
- OEM stereo display gets dim after being on for a long time, this is intermittent

Mechanical:
- Regular servicing as per dealer service history and regular servicing by me. Last oil change at 115k miles.
- In the last year, replaced the following (all OEM parts):
- Rear third brake light lens
- Complete front suspension replacement (controls arms, struts, mounts, tie rods, etc)
- Passenger seat occupancy sensor
- Rear shocks replaced
- Air/cabin air filter
- Spark Plugs
- Valve cover gasket replaced
- Oil filter housing/oil cooler gaskets replaced
- New coolant overflow hose and upper radiator hose - coolant renewed during replacement
- Newer Bridgestone Potenza RFT summer tires mounted on the OEM wheels in prep for sale - plenty of tread
- State inspection/emissions last performed 12/21
- Engine currently has some oil leaks - suspected oil pan gasket or possibly rear main seal. Leak is not significant.

History:
- I am the fifth owner, purchased the car in October 2020 at 108k miles
- I have the full BMW service history up to 80k miles showing regular dealer servicing and replacement of items like HPFP
- No evidence of any modifications or tuning done to car, no performance modifications to engine during my ownership
- No accidents reported on CarFax, but service records and paint condition indicate some paint work has been done on passenger side of car
- Clean title in hand, no liens on car

Car has been a fun car for my wife and I to work on and enjoy with our kids on weekends. My wife has changed jobs and we are consolidating two cars down to one.

Car is located in south east Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia.
