Thinking of modding my 135is
So I've been thinking about doing the Evolution Raceworks Type III Chargepipe, Wagner Evo 2 Competition Intercooler, Wagner Catless Downpipes, DME Unlock & then MHD. I probably will run stage 1 or 2 on MHD on 93octane pump gas
I'm going to upgrade the coils and plugs as well. What kind of difference will all of those things make? I believe this car is rated at 320/317 hp/torque. What are realistic numbers from the upgrades? |

Just be warned... once you start down this road, it's very difficult to stop.
Those mods make a big enough difference that you'll be staring down the barrel of new sports suspension, a mechanical LSD and a whole bunch of M3 handing bits. To answer your question: MHD Stage 2 flash with intercooler and downpipes changes you from 320hp at the crank to about 380hp at the wheels. |

Be careful, it's a road with no end and tons of money spent for no real purpose while someone always has a way faster car than you. I do like my MHD but you need a real diff and some coding or the car will only be fun for roll racing.

There's a thread on removing electronic nannies, you should be able to find it pretty easy on google. The important ones are to disable the e-diff and the plethora of "braking safety features" BMW has. There are a bunch of those that keep the car from acting natural under hard braking. There is also a feature that reduces engine power according to how hot the car thinks the rear brakes are getting. You absolutely want to disable that or it will ruin your power after a short time of driving hard (like on a track). If you don't want to do the coding yourself, you can find people on here to do it by posting a wanted ad in classifieds.
I also reiterate that you 100% need a diff, you will love it. Without you will constantly be let down and wonder what could be. |

M3 front arms, M3 front sway, some kind of new rear subframe bushings (M3, poly, solid, etc.) M3 rear guide rods and some kind rear toe arms (like Megan or even Manzo.)

I'd say you'd be around 350whp / 420wtq
I have your vehicle and have those mods (not exact brand). Dyno had me at 370/460. That's with around a e40-50 mix, 19psi target. Apparently our late e-series have the weak HPFP. Day before dyno Last edited by inevitab1e; 04-08-2019 at 10:24 AM.. |

It should be close to 360WHP+ on Stage 2+, assuming N55. |

I run very similar mods and made 316whp, but on 91. 340 is probably realistic. You'll see alot of people here stating hp numbers, but very few dynos.
