Dealerships don't usually give out loaners to people who purchased their BMW somewhere else. Someone said try Mountain View. That's a good idea, they're an AutoNation store. I'm a Client Advisor for Valencia BMW myself(also AutoNation)
Oh, and if anyone wants to order any Bimmers, I'll give great deals to anyone who mentions these forums. KapustaN@Autonation.com Last edited by coldnate; 07-23-2010 at 02:48 AM.. |

I've had no problems getting loaners from other dealerships.
I wouldn't buy from a dealership unwilling to give a loaner - they'll probably treat you poorly in other ways too. |

I had negative experience with Peter Pan, like being forgotten for 30 min after dropping off the car. Girls at reception seem to be ignorant and oblivious.
But Kenny Lew at Peter Pan Service department is an extremely nice guy. I would definitely recommend going to him if you want to get a good service. There is no problem getting a loaner, if you get there early enough. Their fleet is about 80 cars, mostly 328i, but it also includes few convertibles, 128i, 335i, and 5 series. |
