OT : Accidental purchase?

So has anyone accidently purchased something before?

I was looking at some parts and seeing what the cost of shipping by going through the checkout process.

It just so happen that I had an account there and signed in, so when I accidently click submit ( instead of cancelling ) I purchased it by accident

I didn't mind it this time as I was actually in two mind about it but very very stupid!

Was wondering if anyone had done something stupid as well

Yes, a very attractive woman asked me if I was looking for a good time, I thought she said good Thai and I can always go for a good green curry.... It wasn't until an hour later that I realised what I had "accidentally purchased"...
