My wife has made many an interesting meal - I can't comment anymore as she gets upset at the slightest raised eyebrow.

I had an aunt who was such a bad cook she was never game enough to actually heat up anything, so she used to get creative with mixing together pre-manufactured food items.

This should be a safe process, but alas...

Shredded cooked chicken, on a bed of potato chips, with a can of baked beans pored over the top was a "Mexican Feista" and one of the worst meals of my life.
I shall never forget it, even though it was nearly 35 years ago.
