ECS Exhaust Cutout Kit opinions?

Hello,
While the car is away in winter storage ive been getting the mod bug back. I currently for engine and exhaust only have an Injen intake, 3 Stage IM, and the BMW performance exhaust. Currently though my friends all have 2-step audi's, straight piped G35's. loud ass mustangs, so i feel i could use a bit more noise. From my understanding the AA headers with the PE sound like a civic so thats not an option, and I don't think the girlfriend would like constant drone on road trips so maybe no straight pipes anywhere.

The only potential that fits both is maybe right before the muffler do the ECS exhaust cutout so i can be obnoxious when I want and sound normal when appropriate.

So i was windering if any has experience with the ECS cutout or any cut outs with a similar setup?

Thanks

I used a vacuum actuated exhaust cut out . Utilizing the vacuum line that runs to the stock muffler It is nice to turn it to stealth mode with the flip of a switch.

My son likes working on cars a lot more than I do. His best friend likes to do it with him. My son's project is a pickup older than him. His friends is a 800+ hp Trans Am. He went without a muffler for a year or more and you could hear him coming at least half a mile away when he came over. His wife refused to ride in his car for long trips, however, due to the noise. So he put on mufflers with cutouts. Seemed to resolve the issue.

No it works great . I have catless down pipes ,n55 mid pipes with vibrant resonators welded in and stock muffler without resonators sounded like a Honda civic . Now it is loud and good sounding and can be stealth with a flip of a switch

That was actually my biggest fear why i never did headers. Already spent $1k on the PE and was told the combo sounds like a civic
