There are a few manufacturers that combine video with data acquisition. Chasecam is my preferred.

Just found that "There's a app for that" for the iphone. http://www.tapforceapps.com/trackcam/ video: http://youtu.be/zHEIlsn2fwc doesn't seen very responsive app.
