Why not non-power harness PNs since Recaros are manual anyway?

Is there much unravelling if removing just the existing seat modules? I too plan to keep the OEM seats as non-molested as possible.

If you have seat heaters, I don't think the manual harnesses will work.

It's very straightforward to remove the existing modules from the seats. If I remember correctly, it's just a couple of clips and disconnecting the harnesses.

I don't have/need/want seat heaters.

To rephrase, what does the seat module do and does it integrate/pass through anything else in the car such as side airbags?
