Share your KW V3 setting

I'm still playing around with my setting for the street and the track but can't seem to find the right combo for both.

How do you guys set it for the street and for the track?

I'm running right in the middle - I really haven't played with it but I'd like to. Hope someone can chime in - not a big deal to change it for street and track no?
