Dude I was thinking you were unethical earlier. Now I know you are just clueless

You really need to do some reading on warranties, your car warranty (page 32 for the service and warranty manual), and the law around it (here is a good starting place http://www.sema.org/main/semaorghome.aspx?ID=50096)

You have no idea what you are talking about

Yea, I'll bet the bmw employees/lurkers on here have already made a special entry into his service record.

A couple comments and questions...

Is it the bottleneck being diamter ad flow of the downpipes themself? Or is the bottle neck cats in the downpipe?

Actually now that I think about it, does the 135 HAVE cats in the downpipes?

Isn't bmw supposed to offer a dinan type tune at the dealer with warranty? I thought I read this somewhere? If bmw could do it at the dealer and not void the warranty it would be great. I know that toyota installs superchargers made by trd and if the toyota dealer installs them its all under warranty.

The BMW tune is by DINAN. Well sort of. Dinan takes over your MFG warranty and you can have it done at a Dinan authorized BMW dealer.
