Cant hit target boost, ive tried everything !

Hi Everyone,

Id really appreciate some insight if anyone has any as im straight out of ideas and becoming frustrated with this platform. Ive been trying to find out why i cant seem to hit target boost for what seems like the longest time. Here is a quick run down on my mods and what has been done to try and fix the issue.

Pure stage 1 (brand new)
Relocated Inlets
7" HD VRSF Intercooler
Chargepipe
MOTIV Custom Tune 91 octane
Turbosmart BPV's

Some maintenance items and fail safes i just recently completed.

Brand new Solenoids
Brand new vac lines
Ensured waste gates arnt touching the downpipe v band
Just last night took all my cold side piping apart and put it all back tight as can be.

After all this, i still cant hit my targets, here are a couple data logs. if anyone has any insight i would much appreciate it, or what i should do to try and solve this problem.

thanks in advance

There is a boost leak somewhere. WGDC is very high. Check charge pipe connection. Check all boost pipes.Replace PCV valve as well

This may or may not be related to your boost target issue, but it was something I noticed in your logs that you may want to look into:

IIRC fuel rail pressure should stay above 1800 psi during normal operation. Yours is dropping to ~1200. You likely need an upgraded fuel system to keep up with the demand now that your new turbo can provide more air.

...and I don't think you should not be doing pulls in 5th gear. Use 3rd.

Okay i found my leak, its leaking where the Chargepipe meets the Throttle body. I have the phoenix racing CP and when the system is pressurized if i wiggle the chargepipe a bit it leaks. Do the O rings go bad ?

It's the same O-ring as the large one on the oil filter holder I believe. It sometimes gets lost/sucked in during install.
