I preordered a rear diffuser through their website, and submitted a customer service form to address an issue. Mike responded in 2 minutes, and was able to fully cater to my request! I am pleasantly satisfied, and won't hesitate to do business with them again.

No one can see your diffusers mesh problems that you posted a picture of unless they bend over and look at it up close.

Also the weekend just ended, people don't work weekends. He should reply to you today or tomorrow.

I just edited my post and told you that it was the weekend, you posted pictures and etc about your issue during the weekend. People do not work weekends so that is why you haven't gotten a response.

My iCarbon was purchased used from HP Autowerks so it is 100% genuine. I am saying it has worse mesh issues than what you posted because some of the glue even came off the mesh during transportation and I have 0 problems with it because it makes no difference unless you are looking closely at it.

Also I do not see how the iCarbon is superior in finish, the weave pattern is 99% similar with the iCarbon having 1 less defect that I counted vs the Scopione.

If you want perfect everything then you need to order the BMW diffuser for 1300$.

Sorry to hear. I just looked at your photos, and can understand the disappointment. Hope you can get it resolved soon. Now I'm crossing my fingers for a good piece to arrive.

Dont trust this guys i ordered rear diffuser and i receive whit 2 crack and missed middle mesh grills.Ok after that i e-mail ScopioneUsa for explain that but after weeks i receive no anwser from him....I think because im from Canada/Québec and my English is realy bad = no custumer support
