135i Brake Master Cylinder diy?
Has anyone replaced the brake master cylinder on a 135i and have any diy for it? Can’t seem to find a guide online specifically for the 135i. Looks like the brake booster needs to be removed to pull out the master cylinder since there isn’t enough room to just pull the master cylinder out. Is that correct?

The brake booster will stay where it is. You'll likely have to remove the DSC pump though. I can't remember exactly but when I did it the whole engine bay was disassembled so...
Make sure you can do a computerized bleed, or be ready to take it to a shop that can. It's a real pain to get all the air out of the system. |
