Anything for the windshield

Is there anything I can used on my windshield so that after using the wiper it does not leave those arches??

I just put some Aquapel on my windshield last weekend... still waiting for a good rain to test it out in though.
Supposed to be like RainX but last much longer... we'll see.

we used to sell Aquapel, before OReilly started (when it got famous)... it lasts for months and is a superior product to RainX... IMO if you don't have the Bosch style "bow" blades on the car, get them... they work wonders and even reduce air noise at higher speeds..

I have those on all of my cars. I almost never used wipers until the local police here started ticketing way more aggressively for no lights/no wipers during daytime driving.

Another thing that can work well on a windshield apart from rainX/aquapel is to clay the glass, then follow up with some chrome/metal polish (glass and chrome have the same molecular hardness), and finish by sealing it with wax. Water will bead up and run off of your windshield for weeks on end.
