Anybody else hate the "Sharkfin"

I think its the only part of the car i dont like

I dont know.. it just looks out of place and kinda "stuck on there for no reason"

isn't it the antenna?? it does have a purpose.

makes my Nav and XM Radio retro work, I love it.. a magnetix Sat antennea looks out of place, not the body color fin.

It's also part of the radio antenna, and BMW Assist.

I believe the radio antenna is in the rear window.
I do not have any option on my car that uses it.
So it is worthless to me...JMHO

I may be wrong on this, but I think BMW still uses the diversity antenna system that uses multiple antennas. I'm almost positive that the sharkfin has a radio antenna in it.

i don't think i'd hv been fussed either way but my car doesn't have a sharks fin. believe it's because i don't have bluetooth or the satnav.

The Shark Fin is standard in North America regardless of your options.

I am not a huge fan, but I don't notice it anymore.
